Songwriter Weekend

August 22-24, 2019



Bring your lawn chair and come out for a weekend full of live, original music from the songwriters who wrote them! We're excited to announce the 4 Nashville hit songwriters joining us this year!  

Brice Long, Brett Jones, David Lee & Anthony Smith will be the headlining entertainers. Between these four talented songwriters, they've had their songs recorded by artists such as George Strait, Garth Brooks, Montgomery Gentry, Gary Allan, Trace Adkins, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Jason Aldean, Josh Turner, Billy Currington, Tracy Lawrence, Justin Moore, Randy Houser, Lee Ann Womack, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Jon Pardi, Easton Corbin, Sammy Kershaw and many more! 


Also joining our festival, will be 10 local songwriters from around Wyoming and Montana. 

Cory Leone Johnson, Kalyn Beasley, Almeda Bradshaw, Rob Weimann, Levi Blom, Melissa Forrette, Jessical Eve, Tom Walker, John Adams & Quenby Iandiorio.

 

Ticket prices range from 

$35 - $150/person.


 * Kids 9 and under free on 

Friday & Saturday only.


Local food and craft vendors will be set up on site. 


Tent and dry camping spots are also available - space is limited! 



A portion of the proceeds will be donated to 

Wapiti Elementary's Music Program 

&

Park County Search and Rescue.

Senior Architect

Wyoming born singer/songwriter Kalyn Beasley takes his cue from the great western songsmiths that live and die by the pen, saddle their own horses write what the live and live what they write. A songwriter, storyteller, entertainer, horseman, and outdoorsman, Kalyn writes about what he knows: A Western way of life that is rapidly evolving, slowly disappearing, but far from gone. Kalyn lives in his hometown of Cody, WY with his dog Todd and manages his family’s bookstore, Legends, when not on the road performing.

Jessica Eve is a Singer/Songwriter from Billings MT. Jessica has all the gears behind her vocal engine. She can pull the smooth slow long notes with ease right into amazing highs that is beautifully controlled power. She has stepped into music performance as a singer/songwriter entertainer full time. You’ll pick up immediately that she has the spirit, drive, and talent sitting well upon her shoulders. Her songs are a mix of Folk, Country and Blues.

She has released a self-titled EP "Jessica Eve Lechner" with six of her original songs. It is a recording of her voice and her guitar just as you would hear it live. Her newest release is a full length album titled “Next Train Home”. Her lyrics reflect her life experiences, and the highs and lows of the road. She brings a bit of her heart to everyone that comes to listen. She has been named Best Female Vocalist at the Magic City music awards 3 years in a row. She has opened for acts such as Blackhawk, Restless Heart, Colt Ford, Dan + Shay, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin brothers, Davina and the Vagabonds, as well as many others.
